Look out, look out!
Jack Frost is about!
It definately feels like a nip in the Autumn air today.
Today's ideas for learning -
* Listen to some stories about people and animals helping in our communities.
* Have a game of Hop Scotch
* Make a Vegetable Person
* Design and create a Healthy Lunch for school, with no packaging. This will be practising Empathy, kindness to our environment and ourselves by eating healthy foods.

Good Morning Mrs Smaill. I certainly did feel quite chilly this morning at my house too. I even had to wear two pairs of socks to warm up. It looks like you have some fun learning suggestions for your class today. I loved seeing some of Room 8's faces at our Google Meet this morning. Have a happy Wednesday!
ReplyDeleteLots of wonderful activity suggestions to keep us busy whatever the weather. I loved playing hopscotch when I was a child and I notice the children can't resist hopping on the hopscotch near the hall when we are in school. Now that the weather is getting cooler I have been enjoying some warm, healthy soups for my lunch. it's a great way to use up leftover vegetables.
ReplyDeleteYes Mrs Smaill it certainly is a Wild and Windy Wednesday. We were thinking we may even light the fire! I have seen some very clever Vegetable People have you???
ReplyDeleteMorena Mrs Smaill. The sun is shining but yes I think winter is on the way. Maybe the children could go out and collect some of the colourful multicoloured leaves that have dropped off the trees.
ReplyDeleteLook out, look out Jack Frost is about!
ReplyDeleteHopscotch was a fun game for me when I was 5 too.
We end up eating the same things over and over too. We need to find some new and interesting recipes.
