I can't keep track of the days either Mrs Smaill! I hope Maddy has a wonderful day tomorrow. There are so many things around the house you can use to make a fort that everyone's is different. I'm looking forward to seeing what great ideas Room 10 have!
ReplyDeleteMy sister and I used to make forts at my Nana's house with her washing airer, blankets and cushions too. We also used to make up puppet shows using the airer with our cousins. Thanks for reminding me of those happy memories Mrs Smaill.

Kia ora. Thanks for your video Mrs Smaill. I too remember making forts or huts and then my boys doing the same, it was so much fun. Having a picnic with your teddies in your hut when it's finished is very special. Have fun.
ReplyDeleteLove all your greetings in different languages Mrs Smaill. I too have lots of memories of making forts with my brother using blankets and encyclopedias to weight it down.
ReplyDeleteOh we love to make forts too! They are great as a quiet space to read in!
